Saving & Repeals

(I) The Uttarakhand lokayukta Act, 2011 (Uttarakhand Act No. 27 years 2013) is hereby repealed. (II) The Uttarakhand special court Act, 2011 is hereby repealed. (III) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said enactment shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
