Division of Survey numbers into new Survey numbers. Notwithstanding anything contained in section 79 and section 89 or rules made thereunder, when any portion of cultivable land is permitted to be used under the provisions of sections 61 and 62 for non-agricultural purposes or when any portion of land is specially set apart under section 25 or when an assessment on any portion of the land is altered or levied under section 50, separate survey numbers may, subject to the rules made by the Government under this Act in this behalf, be made of such portion.
