Precautionary measures to be suspended on security being furnished.

The precautionary measures provided for in sections 106 to 110 shall be suspended or relinquished if the person responsible for the payment of land revenue shall pay the entire costs of attachment and management of the land up to the time of relinquishment and shall furnish reliable security to the effect that the land revenue shall be paid on
