If in event of pattadar absconding or dying or tendering compromise, right of any other person to land is not recognized, trees to be property of Government

If in event of pattadar absconding or dying or tendering compromise, right of any other person to land is not recognized, trees to be property of Government. If any Pattadar absconds or dies or tenders compromise and in case the rights of the Pattadar or his heirs or Asami Shikmis as regards restoration of land have not been recognised the trees standing on such land shall be deemed to be the property of the Government.
