Delegation of powers of Government.

(1) Notwithstanding anything in this Act, the Government may, by notification published in the Telangana Gazette, delegate their powers under section 87 to the Settlement Commissioner, and may, by like notification, withdraw any such delegation. (2) The exercise of the powers delegated under sub-section (1) shall be subject to such restrictions and conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification.
