Letting out for cultivation unoccupied land containing valuable trees situate in taluqa where forest boundaries have not been demarcated

If the Collector in taluqas where reserved forest has not been demarcated, deems fit to let out for cultivation the unoccupied land beyond the proposed boundaries containing forest or valuable trees, he shall consult the Forest Department and if with the concurrence of competent officer of the Forest Department occupation of such land is given to any person the provisions of the preceding section shall apply thereto.
