When sale may be stayed. If at any time before the date fixed for the sale the arrear together with the other lawful charges is deposited by the defaulter with the auctioner or the person appointed under section 112 for the recovery of land revenue or if reliable security is furnished under section 129 the sale shall forthwith be stayed.
