Final order to be deemed non-appealable. Whenever in this Act or any rule or order thereunder, it is declared that a decision or order shall be final, such expression shall be deemed to mean that no appeal lies from such decision or order but, subject to the provisions of the Telangana Board of Revenue Regulation, 1358 F. the Government may under section 166-B, annul, vary or modify even a final order or decision.
