Period of limitation.

Except as otherwise provided in this Act the period of limitation for the appeal preferred under section 158 shall be as follows:-
(1) when the appeal is against the order or decision of an officer lower in rank to a Collector or Settlement Commissioner, 60 days;
(2) in all other cases, 90 days.
