Property of defaulter exempt from attachment

Statutory text

All such property of the defaulter shall be exempt from attachment and sale under the preceding, sections as is exempt under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 from attachment and sale in execution of a decree of a Court. The Collector's order as to what property of the defaulter shall be exempt from attachment and sale shall be final.
