Tahsildar may depute subordinates to perform certain of his services.

A Tahsildar may, subject to such general orders as may from time to time be passed by the Board of Revenue or the Collector, depute any of his subordinates to perform any portion of his ministerial or executive duties:

Provided that all acts and orders of the subordinates as appointed shall be subject to modification and confirmation by the Tahsildar.
