Procedure where land is in occupation of one person and another person has right on trees. If the right or possession of another over existing trees in any holding is recognised it shall subsist, but in future whenever the holder of the land tenders a compromise or dies heirless or absconds, the Patta of such land may be made in the name of the owner of the trees and in case he refuses to take Patta his right to the trees shall cease.
