Occupancy right to be sold in case Pattadar dies intestate or heirless.

Where a Pattadar dies intestate or without making a wiIl, the occupancy right of land held by him shall be sold and after deducting expenses of sale the arrears of land revenue, if any, shall first be paid from the sale proceeds and the remainder shall be dealt with as unclaimed property.
