Government to determine date and instalments for recovery of amount

(1) Land revenue, except under the circumstances mentioned in sections 106 to 110, shall be payable in such instalments and on such dates and at such places, and to such persons as may be determined by order of the Government for this purpose. (2) No officer shall recover any instalment before the prescribed date.
