Assessments made in settlement shall not be recovered without sanction of Government.

The assessment made by the Survey officer shall not be recovered without the sanction of the Government. The Government shaII after proper modification, sanction such assessment for any fixed term which in the case of the agricultural land shall not exceed thirty years.
