Certified account to be conclusive evidence as to arrears

An account, certified by Peshkar or any other Taluqa officer, higher in rank than a Peshkar shall be conclusive evidence of the existence of the arrear its amount, or of the person by whom it is due. On receipt of such certified account, the Collector of one district shall proceed to recover the arrear of land revenue of another district under the provisions of this Chapter as if the arrear is of his own district.
