Use of force or evading same with guard

Any person who, in or in relation to any protected place or protected area - (a) by using or threatening to use criminal force against any person posted for the purpose of protecting such place or area or for preventing or regulating entry into such place or area; or (b) by taking precautions to conceal his entry or attempted entry from any such person; shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
