(2) & (3) Provisions for permission and bonds
The Chhattisgarh Rajya Suraksha & Lok Vyavashtha Act, 1980(2) The permission aforesaid may be revoked at any time by the State Government or District Magistrate, as the case may be. (3) The authority granting the permission to any person under sub-section (1) to return to or enter the district or part thereof or such area as also the adjoining district or districts or part thereof, from which he was directed to remove himself, may require him to execute a bond with or without sureties for the due observance of the conditions imposed upon him. (4) Any person who enters or returns to the district or part thereof or such area as also the adjoining district or districts or part thereof, as the case may be, in pursuance of the permission granted under sub-section (1), shall comply with the conditions imposed in the said permission, and shall, on the expiry of the temporary period for which he was permitted to enter or return, or on the earlier revocation of such permission, remove himself from such district or part thereof or such area as also the adjoining district or districts or part thereof, as the case may be, and shall not enter or return thereto without fresh permission during the remaining unexpired period of the original order given under section 11, 12 or 13. (5) If such person does not comply with any of the conditions imposed or does not remove himself accordingly, or having so removed himself, enters or returns to the district or any part thereof or such area as also the adjoining district or districts or part thereof, as the case may be, without fresh permission, then without prejudice to any other proceedings which may be taken against him under this Act, the District Magistrate may cause him to be arrested and removed in police custody to such place outside such area as the District Magistrate may specify in each case.
