Penalty for unlawful possession of corrosive substances etc.

Any person who carries on his body any corrosive (corrosive) substance or acid in such circumstances or knowingly keeps it in his possession or control which raises a reasonable suspicion that he is not carrying it on his body or keeping it in his possession or control for any lawful purpose, in the event that he cannot show that he was carrying it on his body or keeping it in his possession or control for any lawful purpose, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, and shall also be liable to fine.
