Penalty for contravention of directions under section 11, 12, 13 or 20

If any person contravenes or disobeys or does not follow any direction issued under section 11, 12, 13 or 20 or abets the contravention or disobedience of any such direction, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, but which, except for reasons to be recorded, shall not be less than four months, and shall also be liable to fine.
