Committees

Committees. –

1. (1) The Panchayat may constitute committees for the purpose of exercising such powers, discharging such duties or performing such functions as the Panchayat may delegate to them.
2. (2) The constitution, powers and procedure of the committees shall be such as may be prescribed.
