Obligation to give information of small pox or cholera. -

1. (1) Every person in charge of, or in attendance, whether as a medical practitioner or otherwise, on any person suffering from small pox or cholera and the occupier of the building in which such person is, shall, as soon as he becomes aware that the person is suffering from small pox or cholera, give information to the Executive Authority of the Village Panchayat or to such other officer as may be appointed by him in this behalf.
2. (2) Any person who fails to give information as required by sub-section
3. (1) shall be punishable with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
