Acquisition of right of person to hold Private Market. –

1. (1) Any person claiming to have the right to hold a private market in any Panchayat village, may apply to the Village Panchayat for the registration of such market.
2. (2) The application shall be made in such form and within such period as may be prescribed.
3. (3) The Village Panchayat shall, after making such inquiry as it deems necessary, either register the market or refuse to register the market.
4. (4) Any person aggrieved by an order of the Village Panchayat under sub-section (3) may appeal to the Inspector within such period as may be prescribed and the decision of the
