Village Panchayat to regulate the use of certain Porambokes in ryotwari tracts.-

1. (1) The provision of this section shall apply to all Porambokes in ryotwari tracts which are at the disposal of the Government and the use of which is regulated by the village community.
2. (2) The Government may, by notification, direct that any such Poramboke shall be under the control of the Village Panchayat and may, in like manner, cancel or modify such notification.
3. (3) The Village Panchayat shall have power, subject to such restrictions and control as may be prescribed, to regulate the use of any such Poramboke and to levy such penalty or fee for the use thereof as may be prescribed.
