Preparation of Development Plan

Preparation of Development Plan.—(1) Every District Panchayat shall prepare every year a development plan for the district and submit it to the District Planning Committee constituted under Section 241.

1. (2) Every Village Panchayat and Panchayat Union Council shall prepare every year a development plan for its respective area and submit it to the District Panchayat concerned.
2. (3) The development plan shall include plan for the development of human resources, infrastructure and such other development activities as may be prescribed.
