Application of moneys received and expenditure from funds

Application of moneys received and expenditure from funds. -

1. (1) All moneys received by a Panchayat shall be applied subject to the provisions of this Act and for the purposes thereof.
2. (2) The District Panchayat may incur expenditure from the District Panchayat (General) Fund for the purpose of the administration of its affairs and for the purposes provided for in this Act.
