Objects for which Council Fund may be utilized

The Council Fund shall be utilized for the following objects, that is to say: (a) For the repayment of those debts which have been incurred by the Council for the purposes of this Act and the rules and regulations made thereunder; (b) For the expenses of any suit or any such proceedings in which the Council is a party; (c) For the payment of salaries and allowances of the employees of the Council; (d) For the payment of allowances to the office-bearers of the Council; (e) For the payment of any such expenses which have been incurred by the Council in implementing the provisions of this Act and the rules and regulations made thereunder.
