Council Fund

(1) The Council shall establish a fund which shall be called the Council Fund. (2) The following shall form part of the Council Fund, or shall be paid into it: (a) Any contribution or grant by the Central Government or State Government; (b) Income from all sources of the Council, including income from fees; (c) Trusts, willed (testamentary), donations, endowments and other grants, if any; (d) All other sums received by the Council.
