This Act establishes the Madhya Pradesh Ayurvedic Parishad to regulate the practice of Ayurveda in the state. It provides for the registration of Ayurvedic practitioners and the maintenance of a register of such practitioners. The Council is responsible for maintaining standards and taking disciplinary action against practitioners who violate the code of conduct. It applies to all Ayurvedic practitioners registered under the Act and aims to ensure the quality and ethical practice of traditional medicine in Madhya Pradesh.
