Appeal against the decision of Council

(1) Any person, who is aggrieved by the decision of the Council made under Section 12, 15 or 16, may appeal to the State Government. (2) Any appeal under sub-section (1) shall be made within three months from the date of receipt of the copy of such decision by the concerned party and shall be accompanied by such fee as may be prescribed by regulations.
