Power to include certain dwelling house, manufactory, etc. within a particular municipal area.

Where a dwelling house, manufactory, warehouse, or place of industry or business is situated within the limits of two or more adjacent Municipal areas, the State Government may, notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, by notification, declare within which of those Municipal areas such dwelling house, manufactory, warehouses, or place of industry or business shall be deemed to be included for purpose of this Act.
