Provision of the Bengal Municipal Act, 1932 to apply for determination of annual rental value.

In each tax area the buildings may be classified as residential commercial industrial, institutional and in such other classess as may be precribed. The annual rental value of such buildings and the lands shall be determined in accordance with the relevant provision of the Bengal Municipal Act, 1932.
