Water analysis.

The State Government may make rules to provide for the proper analysis of the water of any water-works, tank, well, spring or any water-courses or other source, used or likely to be used for drinking or culinary purposes in any Municipal area and in particular, may require the Municipality to take samples of water in the manner prescribed and make it over at such time and place, and to such person or persons, as the State Government may appoint in this behalf.
