(1) The Municipality shall publish the terms and conditions for premium to be charged in such manner as it may decide. (2) A copy of the table of stallage, rent and fee, if any chargeable in any Municipal market or Municipal slaughter house, shall be affixed in some conspicuous place in the market or the slaughter house. as the case may be.
