Provision for different deposits.

The Municipality shall provide in proper and convenient situations receptacles, depots and places for the temporary deposits of - (a) Rubish, (b) Offensive Matter, (c) Trade Refuse, (d) Carcasses of Dead Animals, (e) Excrementitious and polluted Matter.
