Prohibition of business or trade in Municipal or private market.

(1) No commodity or article or animal or bird shall be sold or exposed for sale by a hawker or squatter in any place in the Municipal Area except within the confines of any Municipal market or licensed private market without the permission of the Municipality. (2) Any person contravening the provisions of sub-section (1) and any commodity or article or animal or bird exposed for sale by such person may be simmarily removed by or under the order of the Municipality.
