Premises not to be used for keeping animals, birds etc. without licence.

No person shall use, or permit to be used, any land or premises for keeping any class of cattle or bird as a Municipality may notify for any purpose whatsoever without, or otherwise than in conformity with the terms of a licence granted by the Municipality on payment of such fees as may be determined by the Municipality.
