Municipal Accounts Committee of the Municipal Corporation

48. (1) A Municipal Corporation shall, at its first meeting in each year or as soon as may be at any meeting subsequnt thereto, constitute a Municipal Accounts Committee. (2) The composition, powers, functions and the procedure of transacting business of Municipal Accounts Committee shall be such as may be prescribed.
