Management of facilities for common use by User's committee etc.

Upon an improvement scheme being implemented the Municipality may provide for management of the common areas and facilities created in course of such implementation by establishment of users' committee or a Co-operative society of the owners or the occupiers or in such other manner as may be prescribed.
