Exercise of powers by the Mayor in anticipation of the Mayor in Council

(1) The Mayor-in-Council may authorise the Mayor in writing to take action in anticipation of its approval, sanction, consent or concurrence, as may be required under any law, subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified by the Mayor-in-Council.
