Sanitation of special occasion.

(1) The Municipality may make such special arrangements, whether permanent or temporary, as it considers adequate for maintaining sanitation in the vicinity 01- any place of religious worship or institutions or places to which large number of persons take resort on particular occasions or in any place used festipolling fairs, fasestivals, sports or cultural or social events. (2) The Municipality may require any person having control over any such place to pay to the Municipality fees at such rates as the Municipality may, from time to time, determine.
