Control and removal of Khatals.

Subject to the provisions of any other law for the time being in force for removal of khatals, the Municipality may make regulations specifically for control of khatals within the Municipal area or removal of khatals therefrom. Such regulations may provide for restricting the khatals within a specified zone or zones or setting up of milk Colony.
