Power to prevent use of inflamable materials.

(1) No roof, veranda, pandal or wall of a building or shed or fence shall be constructed or reconstructed of cloth, grass, leaves, mat or other inflamable materials except with the written permission of the Municipality which shall not be valid for more than three months. (2) The Municipality may regulate the use of materials, design or construction , or other practices or interior decoration in accordance with such regulations as may be made in this behalf.
