Statutory text
Subject to the provisions of the Act, the University shall have the Faculties for the subjects mentioned in Schedule-II of the Act and permitted subjects under Section 4 of the Act: Provided that the courses taught by the faculties shall bear the titles of programmes as per the UGC Regulations regarding specified degrees.
