Fee structure

(1) The Academic Council shall propose the fee structure of each course to the Board through the President after considering the following factors, namely:- (i) the proposed fee is sufficient for generating resources for meeting the recurring expenditure of the University; (ii) the savings required for the further development of the University; and (iii) the proposed fee is not excessive. (2) The fee structure approved by the Board shall be submitted to the committee constituted by the State Government under section 33 of the Act.
