Functions of the Finance Committee

The Finance Committee shall perform the following functions, namely: - (i) to examine the Annual Budget Assessment and advise the Board thereon; (ii) to review the accounts of the University and audit objections and replies thereto; and (iii) to make recommendations to the Board on all matters relating to finance of the University and any development program of the University.
