Composition and term of office of the Finance Committee

(1) There shall be a Finance Committee to advise the Board of Management on matters relating to Finance. It shall meet at least once in a financial year. The Finance Committee shall be constituted for a term of three years. The Finance Committee shall consist of the following, namely:- (i) the Chairperson; (ii) the President; (iii) two members nominated by the Board of Management, from amongst its members; (iv) two members nominated by the sponsoring body; (v) the Registrar; and (vi) the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer - Member Secretary. (2) The quorum of the meeting of the Finance Committee shall be four.
