Statutory text
(1) There shall be a Librarian for the Library of the University. (2) The University Librarian shall be appointed by the Board of Management as per norms and qualifications prescribed in prevailing UGC Regulations on the recommendation of the Selection Committee as provided in the UGC Regulations. (3) He shall be incharge and custodian of the books in the University Library.
