General Fund of the University

(1) All contributions from the Sponsoring Body, all revenues received by the University, all loans raised, all moneys received in repayment of loans and the gifts received by the University shall form one General Fund to be known as the General Fund of the University. (2) No moneys out of the General Fund of the University shall be appropriated except in accordance with law and for the purposes and in the manner provided in the Statues, Ordinances, Rules or Regulations of the University. (3) The General Fund of the University shall be administered by the Board.
