Grant of Degrees

The University shall have the power to undertake study and research and award Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates therefor in any of the disciplines mentioned in Schedule-II of the Act and in disciplines allowed by the State Government as per provision of section 4 of the Act. (2) The University may confer the following degrees honoris causa, namely:- (i) D. Litt. (Doctor of Literature) (ii) D. Sc. (Doctor of Science) (iii) LL.D. (Doctor of Laws)
